Payment Method

Customers can pay for goods either online by using PayPals secure site or by printing the order form and mailing together with a cheque payable to Angie's Glassworks. Both methods of payment will be confirmed by e-mail.

We aim to deliver all goods within 3-5 days in the UK and 5-8 days overseas. If a customer wishes to check availability before ordering please telephone (+44) 7624 218885 or e-mail Angies-Glassworks@manx.net.  We will endeavor to meet all our customers requirements.

Postage and packaging

Postage and packaging depends on weight and delivery zone.

Our guarantee

We guarantee to the customer our goods to be in good order. Each piece of glassware is checked after production. However, in the event of faulty goods or breakages please inform us immediately by e-mail or telephone and state whether a replacement, credit or refund is required. Please do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our aim is to satisfy our customers.

Customer Services and Complaints Procedure

For customers who wish to check any aspect of our product or service please contact Angela Tasker by e-mail at Angies-Glassworks@manx.net or telephone (+44) 7624 218885 Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. she will endeavor to resolve any query or complaint speedily within 5 working days. Our aim is to effectively resolve any customer complaint.

Cancellation rights

The customer has the right to cancel the order. Cancellation must be within 7 working days from receipt of the goods starting from the day after the goods are received. The goods must be intact and resaleable. The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. All items detailed on the invoice must be returned intact. A refund for the amount, less the cost of carriage, will be made within 30 days via PayPal or cheque, according to whichever method of payment was originally used.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and operate within the Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information from you to process and confirm your order. We collect any information given at the time of ordering and when you register for our mailing list. If you have opted to join our e-mailing list we will also e-mail you to inform you of our special offers. If at any time you wish to withdraw from this service please contact us.
